Frequently asked questions

Is my vehicle insured during transport?

Yes. Each vehicle is insured up to $250,000 from pickup to delivery. We record the vehicle's condition at pickup and take photos at delivery.

Do you move damaged or non-running vehicles?

Yes. Our trucks have a winch, and at auctions the vehicle is loaded by the auction's loader. Just tell us in your request.

Can you pick up before my free storage ends?

That's our priority. Send us your gate pass as soon as you buy: we schedule the pickup around your storage deadline.

How do I pay?

No deposit. We invoice after delivery, payable by Interac e-Transfer, wire transfer or cheque.

How can I recognize a real Ecomax Transport message?

We never ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency or unknown payment link. Our only contacts are 514-922-4510, ecomaxservices08@gmail.com and ecomaxtransport.com.
